About Coast Home Inspections:

David Whittle has been performing home inspections since 1979. Coast Home Inspections was formed in 1987 to provide professional home inspection services to the home buying public. Since that time, thousands of home inspections have been performed. Our service area includes Monmouth County, Middlesex County, Mercer County and Ocean County. Recently, home sellers have also become clients. Sellers want to know if there are any significant problems with their house prior to getting a contact to sell. If problems show up on the inspection report, they can be corrected prior to listing the house for sale.

Our services include thorough home inspections, radon testing and wood destroying insect certifications. We can also provide lead paint testing on older houses, if desired. All home inspection reports are issued within 24 hours of the inspection. All of our reports are narrative style reports that are detailed and easy to understand.

We provide an independent home inspection with no Real Estate Affiliations. Our reports are unbiased. We do not solicit Realtor referrals. As such, there is no conflict of interest in our reporting.
